๐ How Updates Will Work in FH6
Playground Games follows a consistent update schedule across the Forza franchise, and FH6 is expected to expand on this model:
- Weekly Seasonal Updates โ New Festival Playlist events every Thursday with exclusive reward cars, Forzathon challenges, and limited-time content. Each season runs for one week and contributes to the monthly series total.
- Monthly Content Patches โ Larger updates that introduce new cars, events, bug fixes, and gameplay balance changes. Monthly patches are usually 1-5 GB depending on content volume.
- Series Updates (Every 4 Weeks) โ A new Festival Series begins every four weeks with a new theme, 20+ new seasonal events, exclusive cars, and cosmetics. Series totals determine end-of-season rewards.
- Free Playlist Cars โ The majority of new cars are earnable through Festival Playlist completions, with optional car packs for players who miss a season.
- Title Updates (Ad Hoc) โ Major patches that address critical bugs, performance improvements, or significant feature additions. Usually numbered (TU1, TU2, etc.) and accompanied by full patch notes.
- Expansion Drops โ Two major expansions are expected post-launch, each adding a new map region, story campaign, and 10+ new cars.
Once FH6 launches, this page will be updated with the full changelog for every patch โ including every bug fix, balance adjustment, car addition, event change, and known issue.
