BMW

I have been driving Bmw in Fh6 for ages now, precision engineering straight outta munich. The m cars, the handling, honestly it is what keeps me coming back.

But here is the thing, Bmw only brings 3 vehicles to Fh6. Not the biggest roster, I know. Each one has its own personality though, and I have found them all worth trying whether you are grinding ranked or just messing around.

Available Vehicles

M5 CS (2022)

Class: A | PI: 800

M4 Competition (2023)

Class: A | PI: 790

M3 GTR (2002)

Class: S1 | PI: 845

What Makes Bmw Special

I always take time to learn the track layout before pushing hard in a Bmw. The balance on these cars, thats what really gets me. And corners are where they come alive, simple as that.

For tuning, I have found bumping up downforce on the rear wing makes a real difference on Bmw cars. But bottom line? These things get twitchy under braking if you push too hard without a proper setup. Been caught out by that more than once.

Best Events for BMW

In my experience Bmw cars absolutely rip in road racing events. And some models, honestly, get pretty wild in drift zones with the right tune, fr.

Should be enough to get you rollin, that is what I think.

Best Events for Bmw

So I got myself a Bmw and immediately started thinking where to actually race the thing. For road circuits, I have found they handle best on medium to high-speed tracks with smooth flowing corners. The BMW M4 Competition in particular is kinda broken on tracks like the Coastal Highway and Mountain Pass circuits, you can really stretch its legs there. Street scene events are decent too since I noticed these cars pull hard out of corners. But honestly, I would skip dirt racing unless you got a specific rally tune going, most Bmw cars are built for asphalt and the offroad handling is, like, terrible. No joke.

For online racing, I would say Bmw in A class is competitive but definitely not OP. You can hold your own against similar tier cars for sure. But tuning is the whole thing honestly, a stock Bmw works fine for solo but you need proper gearing and suspension if you actually wanna win in multiplayer. I set my final drive a bit longer than stock on these cause they top out way too early on fast tracks. Yep.

Tuning Tips for Bmw

Honestly tuning Bmw cars is way more about refinement than ripping everything apart. These things come pretty well set up from the factory, and I mean most of the performance I have squeezed out came from small adjustments, not massive overhauls. Start with tire pressure, I drop it 2 PSI from stock for better grip on technical circuits, or raise it 1 PSI for top speed runs. The suspension on my Bmw felt kinda stiff on Fh6 bumpy roads, so I softened the springs by about 10 percent and it actually handled better. Go figure.

For the diff, I run a bit more rear bias on these, try 65 percent rear on AWD and 100 percent rear on RWD models. And the anti-roll bars, I go one click softer than stock in front and one click stiffer in the rear. This basically dials out that understeer Bmw cars sometimes get on corner entry, which used to drive me absolutely nuts. Gearing is where I spend most of my tuning time honestly, Bmw gearboxes are set for real world speeds but Fh6 tracks are shorter and tighter, so I shorten the final drive for better punch out of slow corners. Massive difference tbh.

How Bmw Compares to Rivals

In Fh6 lineup, Bmw sits in an interesting spot among the 6 vehicles from Germany. Compared to other brands in the same class, I think Bmw has a driving feel you either totally vibe with or you cannot stand. Some players I know swear by these for certain track types, others will not touch em. My honest take? Just drive a few different brands back to back on the same track and see which handling model clicks for you. Numbers on a spreadsheet do not tell you how a car actually feels through a corner. Not even close.

Collecting Tips

If you are trying to collect every Bmw in Fh6, I would start with the Autoshow cars, those are the easiest, just buy em with credits and done. The wheelspin exclusive ones though, thats where the real grind kicks in and there is no guaranteed way to pull them. I check the auction house constantly honestly, especially weekends when more players are listing stuff. For seasonal reward Bmw cars, you just gotta wait for them to cycle back in the festival playlist. Set a reminder and do not miss that week, I have seen it take months for something to come back around. For real.

Common Tuning Mistakes with This Brand

I see people wreck Bmw tunes all the time, and look, the biggest mistake is maxing every upgrade without thinking about how it all fits together. A fully upgraded Bmw with 1500 horsepower is basically useless if you cannot put the power down. Y'know? Traction rules everything in Fh6, and I learned this the hard way, Bmw cars need proper tire and suspension upgrades before you even think about chasing power numbers. Another thing I notice constantly is people skipping weight reduction, these cars are already heavy and shedding a hundred kilos is worth way more lap time than adding 50 horsepower. Start with handling mods, then add power. Oh and do not skip brake upgrades, seriously, braking 10 meters later into every corner adds up to seconds per lap. I am not kidding.
