FH6 All Badges Guide — How to Unlock Every Badge & Achievement (2026)
Published: May 22, 2026 · Last updated: August 4, 2026 · 14 min read
Alright so you want all the badges. I respect the grind. FH6 has 56 badges across six categories and ngl some of them are genuinely unhinged — we're talking thousands of hours of gameplay for the top-tier ones. This guide has every badge I've found, how to unlock them, how hard they actually are (not what the game tells you), and which ones are worth chasing first.
I've been tracking these since launch and honestly? Most players will unlock maybe 20-30 badges naturally just by playing through the campaign and doing seasonal stuff. The rest are flex pieces. They don't give you any gameplay advantage — no credits, no cars, no Wheelspins — they're pure profile cosmetics. But y'know, some of them look really clean next to your gamertag and people in convoys definitely notice.
Skill Badges
These are the badges tied to your driving skill — drifting, air time, near misses, the whole skill chain system. They're mostly passive unlocks that you'll chip away at over time, but a few of them are grindfests that'll test your patience fr.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skill Apprentice | Earn your first Skill Point (100,000 Skill Score in one chain) | Easy | <5 min |
| Skill Enthusiast | Earn 50 total Skill Points | Easy | 2-3 hours |
| Skill Expert | Earn 250 total Skill Points | Medium | 15-20 hours |
| Skill Master | Earn 1,000 total Skill Points | Hard | 80-100 hours |
| Spooktacular Skills | Earn 1,000,000 total Skill Points (yes, one million) | Insane | 1,500+ hours |
| Drift King | Accumulate 500,000 drift points in a single chain | Hard | 5-10 hours practice |
| Air Show | Get 1,000 total seconds of air time (cumulative across all driving) | Easy | 5-10 hours |
| Wrecking Ball | Destroy 10,000 destructible objects (fences, signs, barriers, etc.) | Medium | 30-40 hours |
| Thread the Needle | Land 5,000 near misses | Medium | 40-50 hours |
| Speed Demon | Reach 300 mph in any car | Easy | <10 min |
| Combo Artist | Activate 6 different skill types simultaneously (hit 10.0x multiplier) | Medium | 1-3 hours practice |
Skill Badges Strategy
Bruh, most of these you'll unlock without even trying — Skill Apprentice, Air Show, Speed Demon are basically freebies within your first hour. The real wall is Skill Master (1,000 SP) and Spooktacular Skills (1,000,000 SP). For Drift King, grab a Formula Drift car, head to the airport runway, and just hold long sweeping drifts at high speed — the open space means you won't crash out and the chain keeps climbing. I hit 500K drift score in a single run with the FD Supra after about 3 hours of practice. The secret is keeping your angle consistent and not getting greedy with transitions. Every time you switch drift direction, you risk breaking the chain.
For Combo Artist, the easiest spot is the Puerto Nuevo interchange. Drive against traffic at ~120 mph. You'll naturally chain near misses, drift through the curves, get air over the divider bumps, destroy barriers on the shoulder, and land speed passes on the straight sections. Do a drift+e-brake slide at the same time as an air bump and you've got your sixth skill type. It sounds harder than it is — once you find a groove, 10.0x chains become routine.
Race Badges
These track your race completions and wins across every event type. Road racing, dirt, cross-country, street, drag — they all count separately. If you enjoy the actual racing part of FH6 (shocking concept, I know), these come naturally.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Road Warrior | Complete 50 road races | Easy | 10-12 hours |
| Road Champion | Win 25 road races on Highly Skilled difficulty or above | Medium | 15-20 hours |
| Dirt Devotee | Complete 50 dirt races | Easy | 10-12 hours |
| Cross Country King | Complete 50 cross-country events | Easy | 10-12 hours |
| Street Cred | Complete 50 street races | Medium | 12-15 hours |
| Drag Strip Hero | Win 25 drag races | Medium | 3-5 hours |
| Undisputed | Win 100 races of any type on Unbeatable difficulty | Hard | 40-60 hours |
| Perfect Season | Win every race in a single championship series without restarting | Hard | Varies — luck-based |
| Clean Racer | Complete 50 races without hitting any walls or opponents | Hard | 20-30 hours |
| Rivals Racer | Set a top 10% time on 20 different Rivals leaderboards | Medium | 15-20 hours |
Race Badges Strategy
Honest take: the Race badges are the most enjoyable category to grind because you're actually playing the game. Undisputed (100 wins on Unbeatable) is the standout hard one — the AI on Unbeatable rubberbands like crazy and will absolutely drive dirty if you give them an opening. My advice: build meta cars for each class. S1 road racing is the most competitive — a well-tuned Porsche 911 GT3 RS or McLaren 720S will carry you through most tracks. For dirt and cross-country on Unbeatable, the AI is noticeably worse at handling loose surfaces, so spec into offroad builds and you'll gap them on every corner.
Clean Racer is deceptively hard. The game counts ANY contact — brushing a wall on a tight corner, clipping an AI car during an overtake, even grazing a destructible fence that counts as "wall" on some tracks. Best strat: do easy road races in S1 class on tracks you've memorized, drive at 80% pace, and overtake only on long straights with tons of room. It's boring but it works. Took me about 25 hours to get all 50 clean races.
For Drag Strip Hero, grab a maxed-out AWD Koenigsegg Jesko or Rimac Nevera — both demolish the AI in drag races even with mediocre launches. 25 wins takes maybe 3-4 hours if you're efficient.
Collection Badges
These are tied to your car collection — how many cars you own, specific rare cars, and completing manufacturer sets. This is the most expensive badge category by far. Like, "sell your virtual house" expensive. The credit requirements are bonkers.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collector's Start | Own 50 unique cars | Easy | 5-10 hours |
| Aspiring Collector | Own 150 unique cars | Medium | 30-40 hours |
| Certified Collector | Own every car available in the Autoshow (~650 cars) | Insane | 300+ hours / 500M+ credits |
| Garage Royalty | Own 10 cars worth 10 million credits or more each | Hard | 80-120 hours |
| One of Everything | Own at least one car from every manufacturer in the game | Hard | 50-80 hours |
| Barn Find Hunter | Find and restore all 15 barn finds | Easy | 15-20 hours |
| Legendary Status | Own 25 Legendary (gold-border) cars | Hard | 100-150 hours |
| Hot Wheels Hero | Collect all Hot Wheels branded cars (including DLC if applicable) | Medium | 20-30 hours |
| Forza Edition Fanatic | Own 20 Forza Edition cars | Medium | 40-60 hours |
Collection Badges Strategy
Certified Collector is the wallet-breaker. You need every Autoshow car, and the total cost runs north of 500 million credits. The most expensive single cars — stuff like the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa at 30 million, the Shelby Cobra Daytona at 20 million — will drain you. My approach: grind the Auction House. Buy low, sell high. Sniping rare cars during off-peak hours (early morning weekdays) and flipping them during weekend peak is genuinely the fastest credit source in the game. I made about 200 million credits over two months of daily Auction House flipping. It's tedious but nothing else gets you to 500 million in a reasonable timeframe.
For Barn Find Hunter, the barn locations are fixed — rumour triggers are tied to specific campaign milestones and some are locked behind seasonal progression. Just play through the Horizon Adventure chapters and the rumours will pop naturally. Don't waste time driving around hoping to stumble on one like I did for the first week. Embarrassing.
Forza Edition Fanatic is actually pretty doable if you're grinding Wheelspins. Super Wheelspins have a decent drop rate for FE cars. The car mastery tree on the Mazda RX-7 Spirit R has multiple FE ticket perks — unlock those, burn through them, and you'll accumulate FE cars faster than you'd think.
Exploration Badges
These are tied to discovery — roads driven, boards smashed, landmarks found, photo locations. Pure completionist territory. Nothing hard mechanically, just time-consuming.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Road Discoverer | Drive on every road in the game (578 roads) | Medium | 15-25 hours |
| Fast Traveler | Smash all 50 Fast Travel boards | Easy | 3-5 hours |
| XP Unlocked | Smash all 200 XP boards | Medium | 8-12 hours |
| Landmark Explorer | Discover all 35 landmark locations | Easy | 5-8 hours |
| Photographer | Take photos at all 50 photo opportunity locations | Easy | 3-5 hours |
| Beauty Spot Seeker | Discover all 20 Beauty Spots | Easy | 2-4 hours |
| Off the Beaten Path | Drive 500 miles off-road (dirt, grass, sand — anything not paved) | Easy | 20-30 hours |
| Map Completionist | Unlock all Exploration badges simultaneously | Hard | 60-80 hours total |
Exploration Badges Strategy
Road Discoverer is the one everyone complains about and I get it. You'll be at 577/578 roads for literal hours, driving over every pixel of grey on the map trying to find that one tiny dirt driveway you missed. Pro tip: zoom ALL the way in on the map and look for the faintest grey slivers — the most commonly missed roads are short dirt connectors on the edges of the map, the small loops inside resort areas, and dead-end driveways off main roads that you drove past 50 times without noticing. Tulum resort area alone has like 4 tiny roads that are stupidly easy to miss.
For XP boards, there's no real trick — grab a fast offroad car (Ford Bronco Raptor or Jeep Trailcat), use the map filter to show only XP boards, and work your way across the map in a grid pattern. The ones on rooftops and inside structures usually have a ramp or jump nearby — the game doesn't hide them unfairly. If you can't reach one, there's almost always a terrain feature within 100 meters designed to launch you onto it.
Online Badges
These require playing online — Horizon Open, The Eliminator, convoy activities, Rivals, and EventLab. If you're strictly offline, these are completely locked. Some of them require actual multiplayer skill and not just grinding.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Horizon Open Competitor | Complete 50 Horizon Open events (any mode) | Medium | 25-35 hours |
| Horizon Open Winner | Win 10 Horizon Open races | Hard | 20-40 hours |
| Eliminator Victory | Win a round of The Eliminator | Hard | 5-20 hours |
| Eliminator Veteran | Play 50 rounds of The Eliminator | Medium | 20-25 hours |
| Convoy Leader | Lead a convoy of 6+ players for 30 minutes total | Easy | 1-2 hours |
| Team Player | Complete 25 co-op races or events in a convoy | Easy | 10-15 hours |
| EventLab Creator | Publish 5 EventLab creations that get at least 100 plays each | Medium | 10-30 hours |
| Rivals Elite | Set a top 1% time on any Rivals leaderboard | Hard | Highly skill-dependent |
| Drift Meet Legend | Win 10 online drift competitions or Horizon Open Drift events | Hard | 15-25 hours |
Online Badges Strategy
Eliminator Victory is the one that makes people rage. It's battle royale with cars. 50 players drop in, the map shrinks, you challenge people to head-to-head races, last one standing wins. The meta is: spawn near the edges of the map away from other players, avoid fights until you've found at least a level 6+ car, and always initiate head-to-heads where YOU'RE pointing toward the finish zone and the opponent isn't. The direction advantage matters way more than car level. A level 4 car pointed at the zone will beat a level 8 car pointed into a forest. Took me 12 eliminator rounds to get my first win and I celebrated like I'd won the lottery.
Rivals Elite is pure skill. Pick a less popular track and class combination — fewer players means less competition. S2 class on dirt tracks has way fewer entries than S1 road racing. If you're genuinely fast, you can crack top 1% on an obscure class/track combo with a clean lap. The leaderboard fills from the bottom, so unpopular combos have tiny leaderboards where top 1% might literally be top 50 out of 5,000 entries. Compare that to S1 road racing on the most popular sprint where top 1% is top 500 out of 50,000. Do the math.
For EventLab Creator, the play is to make fun, short, popular-style events. Drift arenas, drag strips, and stunt parks get the most plays. Publish them, share the share codes on Reddit and Discord, and the plays will trickle in. Don't bother with complex narrative events — nobody plays those and you'll be stuck at 12 plays forever.
Seasonal Badges
These rotate with each Festival Playlist series. Each new season (weekly) and series (monthly) drops a couple of exclusive badges that you can only earn during that window. Miss the window, miss the badge — at least until a rerun, and those are unpredictable.
| Badge Name | How to Unlock | Difficulty | Est. Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Series Completer | Complete all seasonal championships in a single series | Medium | 8-12 hours per series |
| Weekly Warrior | Complete all weekly challenges in a single season | Easy | 3-5 hours per week |
| Festival Champion | Earn 200 points in a single Festival Playlist series | Hard | 15-25 hours per series |
| Photo Finish | Complete all photo challenges across 4 consecutive seasons | Easy | 1 hour per season |
| Treasure Seeker | Find all treasure chests in a single series (clue-based hunts) | Medium | 2-4 hours per series |
| PR Stunt Pro | Complete all seasonal PR stunts (Speed Traps, Danger Signs, Drift Zones, Speed Zones) in one series | Hard | 5-10 hours per series |
| The Trial Survivor | Complete and win The Trial (co-op vs unbeatable AI) in one series without quitting | Hard | 1-3 attempts per series |
Seasonal Badges Strategy
These are the only missable badges in the game so prioritize them every week. Log in Thursday when the new season drops, check the playlist, and knock out the time-limited stuff first — Photo Finish is usually the easiest and takes 15 minutes. The Trial is the gatekeeper badge for most people because you're relying on random teammates not to dead-weight your team. Best advice: do The Trial on Thursday or Friday when the serious players are online. By Sunday, only the casuals are left and you'll be carrying a team of people who can't drive Unbeatable AI. Trust me on this — I've lost The Trial 8 times in a row on a Sunday and almost uninstalled the game.
For Festival Champion (200 points in a series), you need to do basically everything — all championships, all PR stunts, The Trial, weekly challenges, and most of the daily challenges. Don't miss daily challenges because those 1-point tasks add up and you need every point. Plan your week. Some series are tighter on points than others and if you skip 3-4 dailies you might not hit 200.
Spooktacular Skills — The 1,000,000 Skill Points Badge (Deep Dive)
Alright let's talk about the elephant in the room. Spooktacular Skills requires ONE MILLION skill points. Not Skill Score — earned, banked Skill Points. The cap is 999 at any one time so you literally have to spend points constantly while grinding this. This badge alone has a higher search volume than half the guide topics on this site and for good reason — it's absurd.
How bad is the grind actually?
Let's do real math, not the "trust me bro" numbers you see on Reddit. An optimized farming loop at the Puerto Nuevo interchange with a Hoonigan RS200 (7x multiplier, Skill Song) nets about 8-10 Skill Points per hour of focused play. Not tabbed out, not AFK — actually driving. Let's call it 9 SP/hr to be fair.
1,000,000 SP at 9 SP/hr = 111,111 hours. Yeah. That's 12.7 years of non-stop play. Obviously nobody is doing it that way.
The actual strats people use
AFK Highway Farming: This is how 99% of people with this badge got it. Find a long stretch of highway, set up an elastic band or controller macro to hold the accelerator + slight steering angle, and let the car drift in circles against the highway barrier. The car constantly racks up drift + wreckage points, the chain banks automatically when you slow down, and repeat. With a properly tuned car (max drift angle, high horsepower, AWD for stability), an AFK setup can pull 30-50 SP per hour. At 40 SP/hr average, you're looking at 25,000 hours — still over 1,000 days of continuous AFK. Even with the shortcut, this badge is a multi-year commitment.
Skill Song Loop Method: Some cars have a Skill Song perk on a 10-minute cooldown. If you stack Skill Song cars and rotate between them, you can have near-constant double Skill Score uptime. Combined with AFK farming, this nearly doubles your rate to 70-90 SP/hr. Now we're talking ~11,000 hours or about 460 days of AFK. Still insane, but approaching "maybe possible before FH7 launches" territory.
What I actually recommend: Don't grind for this badge. It's not a goal, it's a background process. Set up AFK farming when you're sleeping, working, or away from your PC/console. Check in once every few hours to spend your accumulated SP on Wheelspins and credits (which you'll actually use). Treat the badge as a "someday" flex, not an active grind. The people who have it in 2026 are either day-one players who never stopped, or they used exploits that have since been patched.
Best cars for the Spooktacular grind
- Hoonigan RS200 Evo: 7x multiplier, offroad capable, won't spin out on highway barriers. The undisputed king of SP farming.
- BMW M6 FE: 7x multiplier with built-in drift bonus. Slightly faster point accumulation than the RS200 but less stable for AFK.
- Renault 5 Turbo FE: 6x multiplier + Skill Boost. Budget option if you don't have the RS200 yet.
- Any Formula Drift car: Massive drift angle holds make them great for highway circle farming even without maxed multipliers.
Badge Priority: What to Chase First
If you're starting fresh and want to build a respectable badge collection without burning out, here's my recommended order:
- Seasonal badges (current week): Always first. Missable. Knocks out other badges as a side effect.
- Skill Apprentice + Speed Demon + Air Show: Freebies. Get these in your first session. Free dopamine.
- Barn Find Hunter: Progresses naturally with campaign. Finish the Horizon Adventure chapters and you'll get it.
- Fast Traveler + Photographer: Do these together. Drive around smashing boards, snap photos at marked locations. 6-8 hours combined.
- Road Warrior + Dirt Devotee + Cross Country King: Race through each event type organically. These will take weeks but you're playing the game normally.
- Collector's Start + Aspiring Collector: Buy cheap cars from the Autoshow, claim Wheelspin cars, do barn finds. 150 cars comes faster than you think.
- Horizon Open Competitor: Queue for Open racing whenever you're bored. The races are fun and the badge creeps up on you.
- Everything else: By the time you've done the above, you'll have 25+ badges and a clear sense of which remaining ones you actually care about.
