When does Forza Horizon 6 release?
Late 2026. Playground Games has not yet announced an exact date. Pre-orders are expected to open in mid-2026. The game was officially revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase.
What platforms is FH6 on?
Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, PC Game Pass). This is the first Forza Horizon game on PlayStation.
Is FH6 coming to Xbox One?
No. Forza Horizon 6 is current-gen only (Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC). Xbox One is not supported.
Will FH6 be available on cloud gaming?
Yes, via Xbox Cloud Gaming (included with Game Pass Ultimate). You can play on phones, tablets, and lower-spec PCs through streaming.

Will FH6 be on Game Pass day one?
Yes. Forza Horizon 6 will be available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on launch day at no extra cost.
How much will FH6 cost?
Pricing hasn't been announced, but expect ~$69.99 for Standard, ~$89.99 for Deluxe, and ~$99.99 for Premium Edition — consistent with FH5 pricing.
What's in the Premium Edition?
Base game + Car Pass (42 cars) + VIP Membership (2x credits) + Expansion Pass (2 major expansions) + early access (play 4 days before launch).
Cars & Gameplay
How many cars are in FH6?
Over 500 cars have been confirmed at launch, matching FH5's scale. More will be added through the Car Pass, seasonal rewards, and DLC expansions.
Where is FH6 set?
The exact location hasn't been officially revealed, but leaks and teasers strongly point to Japan — a long-requested setting by the community. See the map page for details.
Is there cross-play between platforms?
Yes. Full cross-play between Xbox, PS5, Steam, and PC (MS Store). You can race with friends regardless of their platform.
Do saves transfer between platforms?
Cross-save works between Xbox and MS Store PC. Steam saves are separate. PS5 saves are independent. No cross-save between Steam and Xbox.

See the full requirements page. Minimum: GTX 1060 / RX 580. Recommended: RTX 3070 / RX 6800. Ultra: RTX 4080 / RX 7900 XT. SSD required for all tiers.
Is FH6 Steam Deck compatible?
Yes, Steam Deck verified at launch. Targeting 40 FPS on Low settings, 30 FPS on Medium. Performance may vary on original Steam Deck vs OLED model.
Does FH6 support steering wheels?
Yes. All major wheel brands supported: Logitech (G920, G923, G Pro), Thrustmaster (T300, T-GT II, T818), Fanatec (CSL DD, Podium DD1/DD2), and Moza Racing.
How much storage does FH6 need?
Approximately 130 GB on all platforms. An SSD is required — the game will not run on a traditional hard drive.
