La Granja — FH6 Farmhouse Guide (Skill Song Multiplier)
Location: Farmland | Price: $500,000 | Perk: Unlocks Skill Song multiplier
La Granja is the second house you should buy in FH6, right after Casa Bella. No question about it. At $500,000 it's cheap enough by the time you've finished the first few festival chapters, and its perk, doubling your skill score during Skill Songs, is honestly the single best XP and skill point farming boost in the entire game. I mean, nothing else even comes close for pure grinding efficiency.
The farmhouse sits in the Farmland region, that big agricultural valley running through the center of the map. Unlike the coastal and urban areas, the Farmland has miles of open fields, dirt access roads, and gentle rolling hills. It's basically perfect territory for off-road skill chains. You can drive in a straight line for 2-3 minutes building drift, wreckage, and air skills without hitting a single obstacle. No joke, it's that open.
How the Skill Song Multiplier Works
Radio stations in FH6 occasionally play "Skill Songs," those tracks marked with a special icon on the radio display. When a Skill Song kicks in, your skill score multiplier caps at 10x instead of 5x, and the score per action gets doubled. With La Granja unlocked, the doubled score stacks on top, meaning you're earning 4x the normal skill points during a Skill Song. That's not a typo. 4x.
Here's what that looks like in practice: A drift tap that normally gives 1,000 points gives 4,000 during a Skill Song with La Granja. A wrecking ball skill that normally gives 2,500 gives 10,000. A 500,000-point skill chain becomes 2,000,000 points. The difference between farming skill points with and without La Granja is night and day. What takes 30 minutes without it becomes a 10-minute session. Honestly, buying this house first and then farming is the play.
The Skill Song activation rate depends on which radio station you're on. Songs cycle every 3-5 minutes, and roughly every 4th or 5th song is a Skill Song. You can't trigger them manually, which kinda sucks, but you can maximize uptime by staying in free roam and keeping the radio on. When you hear a Skill Song start, drop whatever you're doing and chain skills. Immediately. Don't finish that race, don't tweak your tune, just go.
Best Skill Farming Routes Near La Granja
The farmland around La Granja is basically skill chain paradise. The open fields let you drift wide without worrying about trees, and the dirt paths give you wreckage opportunities everywhere you look. The windmill hill east of the farmhouse is the best air skill spot I've found, launch off it at 100+ mph for 3-4 air skills per jump. It's kinda broken for air skills, tbh.
My go-to route: Start at the farmhouse, drift through the wheat fields heading east to stack drift and landscaping skills, hit the windmill jump for air skills, loop through the tractor graveyard for wreckage skills, then drift back through the olive grove for drift and near miss skills. With a Skill Song active, this 2-minute loop generates 2-3 million skill points per run. I've tested basically every route in the region and this one's the most efficient I've found. Trust me on this.
Location & Vibe
La Granja is a renovated Spanish farmhouse, terracotta roof tiles, whitewashed walls, central courtyard, the whole thing. The garage is a converted barn that fits about 15 cars. It's not fancy or anything, but it works, and the dirt road leading up to the house doubles as a perfect test track for rally suspension setups. I've spent way too much time just tuning rally cars on that approach road. The sunset over the farmland is honestly one of the best photo spots in the game once you unlock Photo Mode locations. Look, if you're gonna grind skill points anyway, you might as well do it somewhere that looks good.
