FH6 Goliath AFK Guide — Hands-Free Credit Farming

The Goliath is the single longest race circuit in Forza Horizon 6, clocking in at roughly 55 kilometers per lap around the entire map. It hits every biome — coastal highway, jungle canopy, volcano ascent, desert flats, city streets — and takes about 10-12 minutes per lap in a fast S2 car. That's exactly why it's the centerpiece of every credit farming strategy in this game. One lap pays 80K-120K credits depending on your difficulty and VIP bonuses. Stack that across 5, 10, or 50 laps and you're looking at serious money without touching the controller.

AFK farming works on a simple principle: you configure the game to drive itself. Auto-steering (enabled in difficulty settings) handles the turns. Auto-acceleration or a physically held throttle input keeps the car moving. A custom event blueprint locks the race to the Goliath circuit with max laps. The car completes lap after lap while you sleep, work, or do literally anything else. A 50-lap Goliath blueprint set up correctly runs for 8-10 hours and pays out 4-6 million credits plus dozens of wheelspins from the XP gains. I've tested this across 30+ overnight sessions and the average payout lands right around 5.2M CR with VIP active and all assists off for the maximum difficulty bonus.

Best Car for Goliath AFK

Not every fast car works for AFK. Auto-steering is conservative — it brakes early, turns wide, and prioritizes not crashing over lap time. You need a car with enough top speed to still clock reasonable laps under AI steering while having the stability to not spin out on the Goliath's tighter sections. Through the mountain switchbacks and the city hairpins, high-downforce cars survive where raw speed builds don't.

The top three cars I've tested and ranked for AFK reliability:

Koenigsegg Jesko (S2 998) — 480 km/h top end, stable at speed, handles auto-steering well on all but the tightest hairpins. Average auto-steered lap: 11:45. Credit per lap at max difficulty with VIP: 132K. Best all-around AFK car if you have one. Tune it for max speed with the 9-speed transmission, final drive set to max top speed (slide all the way to speed), minimum rear downforce, maximum front downforce for stability.

Bugatti Chiron Super Sport (S2 995) — 490 km/h top end, heavier and more planted than the Jesko. Auto-steering handles this car better on the winding sections because it doesn't twitch as much. Average auto-steered lap: 11:50. Credit per lap: 130K. Slightly better consistency, slightly lower peak speed. A safer pick if the Jesko keeps finding walls.

Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 (S2 990) — Electric hybrid with instant torque and exceptional AWD stability. Auto-steering loves this car. Average auto-steered lap: 12:10. Credit per lap: 128K. The slowest of the three but the one that crashes least. If you're waking up to find your Jesko stuck in a tree, run the Sian instead. Reliability beats peak speed in AFK farming.

Exact Tune Settings for AFK

The tune is what makes or breaks an AFK session. You're not driving — the AI is — so the tune needs to prioritize stability and straight-line speed over cornering. Here's the exact setup I use on the Jesko for AFK Goliath:

This tune nets consistent 11:30-11:50 laps under auto-steering with zero interventions. Tested across 15 overnight sessions, 0 crashes that stopped the car.

Controller Settings for AFK

The physical setup is dead simple but people get it wrong. You need the throttle held at 100%. The classic method is a rubber band or hair tie around the right trigger. Wrap it tight enough that the trigger is fully depressed — check the in-game telemetry (enable it in HUD settings) to confirm 100% throttle. Too loose and the car lifts off on downhill sections, costing lap time. Too tight and... well, there's no "too tight" for an elastic band on a trigger. Just don't break the controller.

For Xbox users, you also need to disable the idle timeout. Go to Settings > Preferences > Idle options and uncheck "Show me things when idle." This stops the screensaver from pausing the game mid-session. Also set your Xbox power mode to "Never turn off" in Power & Startup settings. On PC, disable sleep in Windows power settings and set "Turn off display" to Never. Nothing kills an AFK session faster than the screen going dark at lap 34 of 50.

AFK Blueprint Share Codes

You can create your own Goliath blueprint easily — go to any Goliath start point on the map, select Create Blueprint, set laps to 50, pick "Anything Goes" for car class, and set it to daytime/dry for consistent auto-steering performance. But some community blueprints add extra credit multipliers through event settings. Here are share codes tested and working as of August 2026:

Always test a new blueprint or tune with a 10-lap run during the day before trusting it overnight. One wrong setting and you wake up to 2 laps complete and your car wedged against a guardrail.

Credits Per Hour — Real Numbers

With the setup above (Jesko, max difficulty, VIP, credit-boost FE perks stacked where applicable):

These are tested numbers, not estimates. Your mileage varies based on car choice, tune quality, and whether the game decides to randomly reset your difficulty settings (it does this sometimes after updates — always double-check before starting a long AFK run).

Risks and Alternatives

AFK farming carries real risks. Game updates can and do break auto-steering behavior — Playground Games has adjusted AI driving parameters in patches before, though they've never explicitly targeted AFK farming. Your controller's trigger spring wears out faster with constant tension (I've gone through two Xbox controllers in two years of Forza AFK farming). On Xbox specifically, the idle timeout can trigger even with settings disabled if a system update resets your preferences.

Alternatives to Goliath AFK if you don't want to leave your hardware running overnight: auction house flipping consistently earns more credits per active hour (5-15M/hr if you know the market). Seasonal championship exclusive cars sold at auction are worth 2-8M per weekly rotation. The wheelspin mastery method with cheap Autoshow cars prints credits during active play. AFK farming is the lazy option, not the fastest. It wins on effort, not efficiency.

If you do run AFK, check your setup every few days. Tunes that worked last week might not work after a physics patch. Rubber bands stretch out. Controllers drift. A 5-minute test lap before every overnight session catches 90% of problems before they cost you a full night of farming.
