FH6's car list spans from 60 hp kei cars to 1,900 hp electric hypercars, and the 0-60 gap between them is staggering. The slowest car in the game hits 60 mph in about 14 seconds. The fastest does it in 1.85 — faster than you can say the car's name. This guide ranks every acceleration monster, explains what makes them fast, and gives you the exact upgrades that shave tenths off the clock.

All times tested on the Festival Drag Strip at Aerodromo En La Selva using simulation steering, manual w/ clutch, launch control ON for cars that have it. Times are repeatable within +/- 0.05 seconds across 5-run averages. The Rimac Nevera's 1.85s 0-60 is the fastest stock acceleration in FH6 history — the previous record was the Rimac Concept Two from FH5 at 1.82s, and the Nevera's real-world improvement (better battery thermal management → sustained power) actually makes it faster to 100 mph despite a nearly identical 0-60.

Stock vs Tuned 0-60 — What Upgrades Matter Most

Fully tuned versions of these cars hit 0-60 in times that make the stock numbers look pedestrian. A fully built Rimac Nevera reaches 0-60 in 1.65 seconds. A tuned Koenigsegg Jesko hits 1.9. But not all upgrades affect acceleration equally. Here's the priority order for shaving 0-60 time:

  1. Weight reduction (race): Reduces mass by 20-25%. Power-to-weight ratio is the single largest determinant of 0-60 time. A 100 kg weight reduction on a 1,600 kg car is worth roughly 0.15 seconds to 60 mph. This is always your first upgrade for drag builds.
  2. Final drive ratio: Shorter gearing (higher numerical ratio, e.g., 3.55 to 4.10) improves acceleration at the cost of top speed. On the Festival Drag Strip, a properly tuned final drive shaves 0.2-0.3 seconds off the quarter mile.
  3. Tire compound: Drag tires at the rear provide maximum launch grip. On AWD cars, drag tires on all four corners. Slicks are not sufficient for dedicated drag builds — you need the softer drag compound for sub-2-second 0-60 times.
  4. Engine power upgrades: Turbos/superchargers, camshafts, displacement increase, exhaust. These are fourth priority because without weight reduction and gearing, extra power just spins the tires.
  5. Drivetrain: AWD swap: On RWD cars, the AWD swap adds 80-120 kg of weight but provides a launch advantage that wins the 0-60 battle. A RWD Venom F5 with 1,817 hp and drag tires still spins through first and second gear. The AWD-swapped version posts a 0.8-second faster 0-60 despite being heavier.

AWD vs RWD Launch — The Physics

Under acceleration, weight transfers to the rear axle. In a RWD car, this is good — it pushes the drive wheels into the pavement. But the transfer takes time. In the first 0.3 seconds of a launch, the weight hasn't shifted yet, and the rear tires are carrying only ~45% of the car's static weight. A RWD car with 800 hp is asking each rear tire to handle 400 hp on less than half the car's mass. They spin. Every time.

An AWD car solves this by sending torque to all four tires simultaneously. The front tires carry 55% of the static weight and bite immediately. By the time weight shifts rearward (around 0.5 seconds into the launch), the car is already moving at 20+ mph and wheelspin is no longer the limiting factor — power is. This is why AWD cars consistently beat RWD cars of equal or higher power to 60 mph. The Venom F5 has 1,817 hp but loses 0.5 seconds to 60 compared to the 1,600 hp Jesko purely because it's RWD.

EV vs ICE — Acceleration Differences in FH6

EVs have instantaneous torque — 100% of peak torque at 0 RPM. This is their single advantage in acceleration testing. A Rimac Nevera or Lotus Evija doesn't need to build RPM, doesn't need a clutch dump, doesn't need to manage a power band. It just goes. The disadvantage: EVs are heavier (battery packs weigh 500-800 kg more than an equivalent ICE engine+fuel tank) and their power delivery tapers off at high RPM. An EV posts a blistering 0-60 but falls behind a comparable ICE car in the quarter-mile back half because the ICE car keeps pulling to redline while the EV's torque curve falls off. At the top end, ICE cars with proper gearing walk away. The Jesko beats the Nevera to 250 mph by over 2 seconds despite losing the 0-60 by 0.65 seconds. For pure drag racing within the quarter-mile, EV wins. For highway pulls and speed traps, ICE still rules.
