It's the cheapest property on the map at $250,000 credits, and its fast travel discount perk saves you more money over a full playthrough than any other house perk in the game. Like, not even close.
The coastal location puts you right on the water with quick access to the southern road network. Roads leading out of the Coastal Village area have a nice mix — sweeping beachside curves that flow into tighter village streets. Makes Casa Bella a solid spawn point for testing new tunes before heading into events. The garage is small, fits about 10 cars, but at this stage of the game you probably don't own more than that anyway. I actually still spawn here sometimes just because I like the vibe.
Fast Travel Discount — Why You Actually Need This
Without the discount, fast traveling across the FH6 map costs anywhere from 2,000 to 12,000 credits depending on how far you're going. Doesn't sound like much right? Wrong. It adds up stupid fast. If you fast travel 10 times per session and play 3-4 sessions a week, you're burning 100,000-200,000 credits per week just on travel fees. Over a year? That's 5-10 million credits. On fast travel. Credits you could've spent on cars, upgrades, whatever. It's the most boring way to blow money in this game.
Casa Bella's discount stacks with fast travel boards, which is the key thing. In FH5, each fast travel board you smashed reduced the cost by about 200 credits, and the house perk cut whatever was left in half. If FH6 follows the same pattern — and it probably does — your fast travel costs drop to basically nothing once you've collected most boards and bought the house. Near-zero. You can bounce between events, festival sites, and PR stunts without even thinking about credits. It's one of those quality-of-life things that you don't realize you needed until you have it.

Location & Surroundings
Casa Bella sits in the Coastal Village on the south side of the FH6 map. The village has this Mediterranean vibe — white stucco buildings, narrow winding streets, a small marina. The roads heading north from the village take you through coastal canyons and cliffside switchbacks, and honestly these are some of the best driving roads in the entire game. No joke. I've spent hours just cruising these roads with no destination.
The house itself is a two-story villa with a small courtyard. Garage entrance is on the ground floor facing the ocean. It's not the flashiest property on the map by any stretch, but the sunrise view over the water from the second-floor balcony? Chef's kiss. One of the better spawn points in the game, purely for the vibes. You log in, you see the ocean, you feel good about your life choices.
