Tuning Parameters — Every Setting Explained

Tire Pressure

Front 2.1 bar / Rear 2.0 bar. The DB11 is nose-heavy, so the front tires heat up faster and a slightly higher pressure helps shed heat. Once warmed up, pressures float between 2.3–2.4, right in the sweet spot for semi-slicks.

Transmission

Final drive ratio 3.73. This car has 7 forward gears, and the stock ratios are on the tall side — great for cruising and fuel economy, but wasted time on a racetrack. Learn to take low- and mid-speed corners in third or even fourth gear, letting torque push you out instead of revs. Fast corners are its home turf — hold the throttle at 4500 rpm in fourth and the car feels as planted as a bullet train. One more thing: be careful in the rain. The rear tires are wide but the weight is there, and wet grip drops off noticeably — get on the throttle half a beat later than you would in the dry.
